The Olympics – The Biggest Stage on Earth!

  • What is it?
The Olympics is like the Super Adventure Land of sports. Countries from all around the world send their best athletes to compete in sports like swimming, gymnastics, fencing, and more!
  • Singapore’s Spark: We won our very first Olympic gold in 2016 thanks to swimmer Joseph Schooling— he started training when he was just a kid like you!
  • How can YOU join one day?
Start with local clubs (like SwimSG, and ActiveSG Athletics), join competitions, and climb up to national youth teams. Singapore’s Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC) picks the best to represent the country!

SEA Games – Our Neighbourhood Sports Carnival!

The Southeast Asian Games is where 11 ASEAN countries like Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines come together for friendly sports fun every 2 years.

Asian Games – All of Asia on One Field!

  • What is it?
Think of it as the Olympics—but just for Asian countries! It’s huge, and includes cool sports like sepaktakraw and kabaddi

  • Get Noticed – Excel and you could be picked by NSAs for national squads.
  • Train with Passion – Hard work, good rest, and fun matter!
  • Stay Curious & Brave – It’s okay to lose. Every great champion started with baby steps.

Motivation Magic: From Playground to Podium

  • Every champion was once just a kid playing in a park.
